Privacy policy
This site is run by South Florida House Answers, which buys houses. "We" and "us" on this page mean South Florida House Answers.
What we collect
When you send the offer form, we receive what you type in it: your name and email address, plus anything else you choose to fill in: a phone number, the county, the property address, what's going on with the house, when you'd like to sell and any notes or questions. We also record which page the form was sent from.
This site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies at the moment. If we add a visitor-counting tool later, we'll list it here first.
How we use it
We use what you send to look up the property in public records, to reply to you about the house and, if you want one, to make you an offer. We may follow up by phone or email about that house. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't send marketing texts.
Who we share it with
- Web3Forms, the service that delivers the form to our inbox by email. Their policy is at web3forms.com/privacy.
- Vercel, which hosts this website and keeps basic server logs.
- If you accept an offer, the title company, closing attorney and anyone else needed to close the sale.
We don't sell your information, and we don't pass it to other investors, agents or lead buyers.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep form messages for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless we need them longer for a sale you went through with. To ask what we have about you or to have it deleted, send the form with the word "privacy" in the notes box and we'll reply to the contact details you give.
Children
This site is for adults and isn't directed to children under 13.
